Health2Works is led by Steve Pashley and Roger Marlow.
Steve Pashley is a highly experienced change management practitioner who has worked with senior NHS managers and clinicians for more than 20 years. As such he has acquired a deep knowledge about the opportunities, challenges and dilemmas facing local NHS organisations.
Steve has a keen interest in helping the NHS make more creative use of the Web, to transform service models and improve patient experience, quickly and at low cost.
Roger Marlow has worked for 17 years in the software industry. One of his interests is making software development teams more productive and reliable. He has been part of the industry wide, grass-roots Agile Software Development movement since its inception 10 years ago.
As an entrepreneur Roger has helped to found and grow ThoughtWorks UK and the UK subsidiary of Denmark's largest IT consultancy, 7N. He is also a trustee of Reflections, a charity using art to make a difference in mental health.
