Steve Pashley is a highly experienced change management professional who has worked extensively with NHS managers and clinicians for more than 20 years. As such he has acquired a deep knowledge about the challenges and dilemmas facing local NHS organisations. Recently Steve has taken a keen interest in the Health 2.0 movement in the States and how the NHS might develop its own NHS 2.0 services. As well as successfully running his own consulting business Steve, over the last 12 years, has helped form two successful niche healthcare businesses, OD Partnerships Network and The Knowledge Exchange.

Roger Marlow has worked for 17 years in the software industry. His interests are in making software development teams productive and reliable. He has been part of an industry wide, grass-roots movement called Agile Software Development since its inception 10 years ago, primarily at world renowned Agile consultancy ThoughtWorks. More recently, recognising that many of the most influential advances in software and the web in particular have come from independent software developers rather than large corporates, Roger has been networking within that community and finding ways of bringing its capabilities to the attention of the NHS.
