Steve Pashley is a highly experienced change management professional who has worked with NHS managers and clinicians for more than 20 years. As such he has acquired a deep knowledge about the challenges and dilemmas facing local NHS organisations.                                                                                                                                                                   Steve has a keen interest in the Health 2.0 'movement' and how the NHS can quickly and at low cost catch-up with other industries who have taken more advantage of the web to transform their service models.

Roger Marlow has worked for 17 years in the software industry. His interests are in making software development teams more productive and reliable. He has been part of an industry wide, grass-roots movement called Agile Software Development since its inception 10 years ago.                                                                                                                                               Recently Roger has been networking within the independent software development community, recognising that many of the most influential advances in software and the web in particular have come from talented independent developers.
